Use. User may install and or use an unlimited number of copies of the Software and make multiple back-up copies of the Software, solely for the user's business and personal use.
Limitations. You many not sell, transmit, host, modify, decrypt, reverse compile, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.

Non-Transferable. This EULA is not assignable or transferable by user, any attempt to do so would be void.
